No Additional Charges
The price you see is the price you pay. There are No Additional Charges.
The only charges that apply to your purchase is the product purchase price and
sales Tax for all orders that ship into the state of Florida only.
SalesTax
State and Local Sales Tax will need to be charged to the total price of the your order based on your local city tax rated and will be charged for orders shipped
into the state of Florida only.

We provide complete Product Descriptions on most of the product we offer
including detailed specs and images. If you require additional information we
recommend that you research the manufacturer’s website or call us at
866-699-3344 as we have access to hundreds of collections and manufacturers
that we do not display on our site.
Order Processing time will vary from order to order
depending on several criteria. This is the time it takes us to process and
verify customer billing and shipping addresses, to validate, verify, and secure
credit card payment, transmit order to warehouse for packing and shipping. It
is the total calculation of time it takes to process all these events from when
we first receive an order until it actually leaves our warehouse for delivery.
Delivery time of your order to your home (or final
destination) depends on the manufacturer purchased. Please note the term Delivery
Time means the amount of time your package will be in transit from our
warehouse to its final destination (your home).
At FurnitureOutlet1.com Shipping is ALWAYS FREE
and include both handling and insurance fees.
You can look at Your Order at anytime online
by clicking on the MY Account link located in the top menu bar of FurnitureOutlet1.com
webpage. Simply login to you’re MY-Account with your user ID and
password and follow the online instructions.
Your Credit Card is charged half of the
amount of the total sale including all sales tax if applicable after the order
has been cleared by our credit and fraud dept as well as being checked for
order accuracy. After which your order will follow the process as outlined
below in Shipping time and Status Explanations. Once the delivery date
and time has been confirmed and excepted by you we will then charge the
remaining balance to your credit card that you purchased with. If you are
paying by check (personal or business) we must have the check no later than one
week prior to scheduled delivery date and time you were given. Otherwise, you
order will not be shipped at that time but rather at the next available time we
will be in your area.
Order Policy
Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not
signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of
our offer to sell. FurnitureOutlet1.com reserves the right at any time
after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason. All
orders must obtain pre-approval with an acceptable method of payment, as
established by our credit and fraud avoidance department. We may require
additional verifications or information before accepting any order. We go
through these rigorous steps to ensure that you the customer is protected from
fraud.

Billing Address
We require your Billing Address for all credit card orders. This is the
address at which you receive your credit card bill each month. You may choose
to ship your order to a different address other than your billing address;
however, this may result in longer order processing time. We encourage you to
ship your order to your billing address. Sales Tax will be automatically
charged to all orders being shipped into the state of Florida.

FurnitureOutlet1.com ships orders out from many different warehouses
across the USA. The shipping method used will depend on the weight and size of
your item. All furniture orders will be shipped by our professional delivery
teams (see delivery methods below).
Shipping Time & Status Explanations
All orders are processed upon receipt. Actual shipping time is contingent upon
availability of merchandise and credit verification by our Credit and Fraud
Protection Department. Below you will find a breakdown of how orders proceed as
well as status explanations that can be viewed by logging into your account. An
average order with FurnitureOutlet1.com is 4-6 weeks. There are many variables
involved with every order and that is why we are not able to give you an exact
day and time from the point of the sale. We encourage you to send an email,
check your account under My Account on the website and also by calling us at
1-866-699-3344.
New order- Your order has been received
Working- We are checking item availability as well as verifying customer information for accuracy.
Back Order-Your item is on backorder and we will keep you posted as to the expected delivery date.
In Process- Your
order has been confirmed and will now follow normal ordering procedure outlined
below;
For white glove orders:
Your credit card has been charged and your item(s) are now in process with the
manufacturer. Next the order will be transferred to our warehouse and fully
inspected. Once this is complete you will be called and/or emailed for
scheduling and final delivery.
For Truck and Ground orders (UPS/FedEX please note that we do not send
furniture through UPS/FedEX rather only with our white glove delivery teams):
Your credit card has been charged and your item(s) are now in process with the
manufacturer and will be packed and shipped directly from the manufacturer,
once your order is complete and has been shipped you will be called and/or
emailed with your tracking information
Shipped- Your order has been shipped and you will receive a call and/or
email with delivery and tracking information of the trucking service used for
your order.
CC Problems- Please
contact us as we cannot process your credit card.
We ship free to the entire US. If available additional
charges may apply to AK and HI, PR, Canada, and the Caribbean. We do
not ship Internationally except for the territories mentioned
above.
Do I need to be at home for delivery
If your item is shipping "Free Economy Ground" it will probably be
delivered through UPS, DHL, or FEDEX. They will usually leave packages at your
home without needing a signature. However If you live in a "high
risk" neighborhood (one in which a previous delivery was stolen), They
will leave a note on your door telling you that they came by and instructing
you on what is needed for them to complete the delivery. If your purchase is a
"Free Truck Delivery" item, the freight company will call you once
your order reaches your local hub to set up an agreeable delivery date. In all
cases of delivery when the package is delivered, it is a good idea to inspect
the box for any outside indications that the contents may be damaged. If the outside
of the box indicates this; please make the appropriate notation when signing
for it. (See What if my order arrives and has been damaged while
in transit to me?)
Will the delivery person bring my package inside
There are three basic levels of delivery service this is determined on an
individual product level and is noted on the product page.
- “Free Ground” this is usually UPS, DHL & FEDEX, They will bring your package to your front door.
- “Free Truck Service” will be delivered either curbside or to the door depending on the factory*. It will be up to you to move the item inside. If you're going to an upper floor or don't have muscle power available please let us know, an inside "White Glove" delivery service may be available for an additional fee.
- “Free White Glove Delivery” This service includes delivery usually by a two person crew (limited to 2 flights of stairs), unpacking, removal of debris (the delivery men will ONLY move or handle the items on there truck. They are not allowed to handle, move any existing furniture in your home).

Ship To Address
You may choose to ship your order to a different address other than your
billing address; however, this may result in longer order processing time. We
encourage you to ship your order to your billing address. Sales Tax will have to
be charged to you based on your city and local tax rates onall orders being shipped into the state of Florida.
If you decide to ship your order to an address other than the billing address,
we require you to call the customer service number on the back of your credit
card after placing your order and instruct your issuing bank/institution to add
your shipping address as an authorized "Alternate Shipping Address"
on your credit card account. This will only add an extra shipping address to
your credit card file. This will not change your billing address. It only takes
a few minutes and it will help shorten any delays in verifying and processing
your order. Our Credit card fraud protection system will
automatically verify that alternate shipping addresses are authorized. Orders
that have shipping addresses that are not authorized will not be processed for
shipment!
Missing items or damage
If an item is delivered to you in unacceptable condition, it MUST be noted at
the time of delivery. In most cases the delivery team is recquired to take the
piece of furniture back with them to exchange the piece of furniture. Please let
us know immediately by sending an email to Customer Service at CustomerService@FurnitureOutlet1.com
or calling us at 1-866-699-3344. If the problem can be remedied
with replacing a few parts we will assist you by furnishing the parts and
having them sent directly to your home. You will NOT be charged for a
replacement item and it is not your responsibility to file a damage claim with
the carrier. Delivery damage is not frequently an issue with our shipments.
This information is included here in the rare case that you are not totally
satisfied with the condition of your delivery at the time of delivery. We want
you to know you will never be stuck with a damaged or defective item as long as
it is noted at the time of delivery. FurnitureOutlet1.com and our
delivery partners reserves the right to first replace or repair any damaged or
missing pieces prior to exchange. If FurnitureOutlet1.com does arrange
for pick up of the item for return, we will send a replacement upon receipt of
the original item to us. FurnitureOutlet1.com cannot be held responsible
for any damages or missing parts reported after the time of delivery.

shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the
order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has
already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, FurnitureOutlet1.com
shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of
the charge.
If an item's correct price is lower than our stated price, we will charge the
lower amount and ship you the item. If an item's correct price is higher than
our stated price, we will, at our discretion, either contact you for
instructions before shipping or cancel your order and notify you of such
cancellation. Please note that this policy applies only to products sold and
